Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding operations in the accounts receivable function of an organization. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Receivable Supervisor monitors collection period and sends follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the organization. Negotiates with past-due accounts to resolve all payment issues in a timely manner. Additionally, Accounts Receivable Supervisor implements standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls. Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure accurate and timely posting of cash receipts. Ensure proper release of orders per customers CL and status. Ownership of billing approvals and all billing changes. In addition to Managing receivables; aging schedules and communicates with customers and the sales team on collection issues/results.
