Accounts Receivable Supervisor jobs in Kenosha, WI

More than just accounting; this role also includes building and improving customer relationships, enhancing a team environment, and providing ongoing support and assistance to the CFO and Director of Finance at an exciting, fast-paced firm.

This is a full-time position is based out of the Caledonia, WI office

What you will do here:

Team Environment

• Optimize effectiveness and interactions with the client and coworkers
• Foster a positive work environment and integrate changes based on company and client needs

Customer Relationship/Continued Improvement

• Establish and maintain working relationship with client as required to successfully complete responsibilities
• Improve communications to internal/external customers
• Optimize service delivery by identifying and tracking customer needs and satisfaction

Resource/Performance to assist the Director of Finance as needed

• Achieve longer-term goals, department documentation, and improve performance objectives
• Demonstrate ability to understand how planning and execution can impact the overall effectiveness of solution in terms of expectations
• Promote new tools for effective communication
• Work with resource vendors to complete scheduled work
• Identify design deficiencies

Assist Manager, Accounts Receivable & Payable in fulfilling accounting responsibilities to include, but not limited to

• Follow up with client or vendor on all outstanding receivables
• Research miscellaneous commission payments
• Assist with processing vendor payments

What you will bring:

• 1 to 3 years accounting experience
• College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
