    Key Responsibilities:

    Invoicing and Billing:

    Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.

    Ensure adherence to invoicing policies and contract terms.

    Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary billing information.

    Collections:

    Proactively follow up on outstanding customer balances and overdue payments.

    Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate prompt payments.

    Implement and enforce collections policies to minimize overdue accounts.

    Cash Application:

    Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

    Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

    Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and payments.

    Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.

    Provide regular updates on outstanding receivables and collections efforts.

    Contribute to financial reporting processes as needed.

    Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvements in the accounts receivable function.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

    2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

    Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
