Description: Key responsibilities of the Account Receivable Clerk:

• Knowledgeable of generally accepted accounting procedures and practices, general ledger structure.
• Preparation of invoices, processing, verifying, posting, for services rendered.
• Following up on unpaid invoices and late payments.
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Admin duties as required.
• Preparing bank deposits, and apply payments.
• Handling customer inquires regarding accounts receivable.

• Prefer minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years of previous accounting experience
• Outlook and Excel knowledge required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
