The Accounts Receivable Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

• Posts payments to appropriate accounts
• Assist customers, sales representatives and internal staff with payments, credits, invoices, balances due and adjustments
• Research and resolves unapplied cash/payments that don't have proper remittance
• Monitor status of returned checks
• Prepares, prints, and processes customer statements on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist new sales representatives with mobile deposit app
• Accumulates, sorts, and files receivable documentation to facilitate research and reconciliation
• Print reports for management as needed
• Serve as back up for credit hold releases
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 6 - 12 months experience in finance, accounting,

accounting admin support or related area, or college

level accounting classes

• Basic knowledge of MSOffice - Outlook, Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years' experience in finance, accounting,

accounting admin support or related area
