We are a nonprofit organization aimed at changing the lives of Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. We have a combined total of 70 facilities and program offices in the state of California and we continue to grow! Our Accounting Department is dynamic and very fast-paced. Our Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for all aspects of the SVS Accounts Receivable function under direct reporting to the Director of Accounting. The right person must combine excellent organizational and analytical skills with full command of core accounting principles.

Salary - Starting at $66,560.00/Annum or DOE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Position Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of the SVS Accounts Receivable function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise the Accounts Receivable Department
• Responsible for collections of all A/R, including Client Contract Billing, Regional Center, and Rehab
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of billing procedures
• Train SVS program staff on E-billing
• Oversee training of SVS program staff on Client Contract Billing
• Interact with internal offices and external customers. Coordinate with external office staff and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare, review, submit and report billing from Program Offices within deadlines
• Provide coverage when other A/R staff are out
• Complete all monthly receivable reconciliation and aging reports for distribution to management
• Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures as well as new technology in order to establish increased efficiency and responsiveness
• Acquire and maintain familiarity with all Regional Center Billing Processes
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Accounting

WHAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Accounting
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• At least 3 Years of Accounts Receivable Experience
