ABOUT THE ROLE:

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Your typical day as an Accounts Receivable Clerk: You start by diving into customer payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction. As invoices flow through your capable hands, you maintain meticulous records, keeping our financial systems running smoothly. Throughout the day, you engage with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving any billing discrepancies with ease. By the time you clock out, you've played a vital role in keeping our accounts receivable operations on track.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as other accounting software programs
• Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We would prefer:

• An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting
