Residential construction company in Lakeland, Florida is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections Manager who is responsible for overseeing the timely invoicing and collection of payments from our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage invoicing and collections, overseeing all aspects of these functions.
· Creating and sending invoices to clients. Calling to collect payments from clients.
· Generate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and as-needed basis.
· Work on accounts receivable aging reports and actively collect outstanding invoices.
Position Requirements:
· 2 years of previous accounts receivable experience.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Available to work Monday through Friday – 8:00 to 5:00
Compensation: $52,000 to $60,000 per year. Vacation Pay and Sick Pay.
