High Peaks Dental is seeking a motivated team member to join our administrative team as a Front Desk Employee and Assistant to Accounts Receivable. This multifaceted position will involve both front desk coverage and assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including insurance verification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent front desk coverage, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking out patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the office calendar, and coordinate patient records.
• Collect payments from patients and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Assist the accounts receivable team with insurance verification and processing.
• Maintain organized and efficient records of patient information and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time
