Accounts Receivable Specialist ~

Nighthawk Alarm Services is a local home and business security company, seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

In this role you will:

• Assist in setting up a new receivables accounting system in industry proprietary software
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Set up new client files and accounts
• Maintain credit card, ACH and electronic payment systems
• Work in a small office setting
• Assist customers by phone, email and text
• Collect on past due accounts and coordinates with third-party collection efforts when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

You are a great fit if you have:

• 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
• Overall impeccable accuracy and are comfortable working with numbers
• Experience with Recurring Billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and still "play well with others"
• A can do attitude and ready to learn - No Eeyores

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
