Job Summary:

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations for Berglund Automotive’s dealerships in an efficient manner and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile customer accounts. 
• Reconciling floor plans.
• Receipting and scanning checks. 
• Posting and processing daily work from multiple dealerships.
• Processing bank reconciliations. 

Qualifications:

• Team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• Experience in accounting or accounts receivable preferred but not necessary.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Solid computer skills (Accounting software & Microsoft Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
