Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks. This is a vital role within our organization, ensuring the timely collection of payments and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Duties:
- Process and post customer payments
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
