Accounts Receivable Clerk jobs in Anaheim, CA

Become an integral part of a fast-paced and flourishing manufacturing company in La Mirada as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Accounts Receivable Clerk performs a variety of accounting tasks including billing, processing of invoices, collection of invoices, and record keeping. Must have strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check, respond, and manage AR mailbox
• Monitor payments from customers to ensure timely receipt according to credit terms
• Perform daily deposit preparation
• Maintain accurate customer balances by tracking and recording invoices, payments, and charges.
• Collaborate with customer service to obtain credit memos, RMA, pricing corrections, and POD. Research misapplied AR payments.
• Update the weekly AR aging report with collection efforts.
• Maintain required reports for periodic and year-end financial statements
• Support both internal and external audits.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts.
• Process credit card payments.
• Manage multiple tasks and work within time constraints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D equivalent
• 2 years Account Receivable experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• ERP system Macola experience highly preferred
• Automated accounting system experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Pay Rate

• $20-$23 per hour

Shift Hours

• Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4:30 PM (ON-SITE)
