Accounts Receivable Analyst jobs in Burlington, NC

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join one of our clients in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, adept at managing large portfolios with high volumes of transactions. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies promptly. Proficiency in a major ERP system is essential for this role. This is a contract to hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain AR portfolios efficiently.

• Process incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

• Generate financial reports and provide insights on receivables status.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, preferably in manufacturing.

• Proven ability to manage large portfolios and high transaction volumes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
