Responsible for maintaining group master account billing for groups that have held a function at the Resort. Handle billing questions on the phone from guests and meeting planners. Attend pre-convention meetings and set-up arriving group accounts in the computer system. Should be well versed in all duties of the Accounts Receivable office and able to assist the Credit Manager when needed.

• Handle billing questions on the phone from guests and meeting planners.
• Attend pre-convention meetings and set-up arriving group accounts in the computer system.
• Assist in all duties of the Accounts Receivable office.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable paperwork and filing.
• Research and make adjustments to all problem accounts. Contact guests/customers when necessary.
• Monitor office supplies and reorder if necessary.
• Assist with employee and member billing.
• Maintain a clean office and work environment.
• Handle any other reasonable requests by management.

• Previous hotel experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior receivables and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and other general computer skills
• Must be able to communicate with internal and external guests
• Ability to prepare statistical reports.
• Ability to handle, control and resolve difficult situations with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
