Summary of Duties
The AP/AR Assistant is a dual position between administrative and collections responsibilities. Responsibilities include processing invoices with purchase orders. Invoices are matched to statements and must be done in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include partnering with Project Managers on purchase orders and/or costs. In addition, contacting vendors for pricing that does not match purchase orders, following
indexing of all invoices and statements. Customer Service is also key as the AP/AR should greet all employees and guests when entering the front entrance. Duties also include handling collections on all service departments for Premier Service Company and Jackson Security Services. It serves as the liaison between creditors and consumers of the company.
