3LS is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Accounts Payable Supervisor. As part of the Omni Family of Services, 3LS, Inc. provides administration services and support, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Marketing to the Omni Family of Services as well as external companies. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you would be responsible for directing and managing the Accounts Payable function to provide accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligations and ensure the integrity of the financial accounting system.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

- 5 years’ experience of accounts payable processing experience and 3 years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- Experience in the set up and maintenance of vendors and working with all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of MS Office.

- Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
