WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Accounts Payable person performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE:

• Any other duties that may be necessary to accomplish the goals of this position or goals of the company

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or 3 -5 years of Accounts Payable and office experience.


• Excellent telephone etiquette


• Knowledge of basic accounting principles


• Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously


• Ability to understand Network drives, file directories, and file name conventions


• Able to use Microsoft products (MSWord, Power Point, Excel) Able to effectively use company ERP system (IQMS) in areas that pertain to your responsibilities

Controller – Ironwood, Michigan

CORE HOURS:

Hours are day shift, but can be flexible.
