Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of an organization to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Reviews and evaluates the accounts payable and receivable registers to validate charges and ensure timely and accurate payments and receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager monitors account aging reports, identifies delinquent accounts, and refers accounts to collection agencies. Verifies customer credit limits and applicable payment terms. Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant financial records. Audits methods and procedures of the accounts payable and receivable functions to improve efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Summary Description:
This position is responsible for managing & growing a specified portfolio of strategic accounts.
The National Accounts Manager will also support the Head of Mass Retail for all Hyper Markets (including Grocery, Drug, Value, Warehouse Clubs & Mass) on various new/ongoing initiatives
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Set and regularly update budget and inventory forecasting
· Keep regular sales documents updated (POS, Shipment reports, profitability tracking, etc)
· Analyze data and present regular optimization strategies
· Keep sales representatives informed of progress/challenges/etc - reports
· Attend US & International trade shows as needed. Organize local shows for set portfolio as needed.
· Build strong partnership relationships with retailers through direct communication and meaningful strategic initiatives
· Forecast by item / by channel for each key account
· Coordinate & delegate to customer service & internal teams on all PO, Sample, other info needs.
· Open and expand new business across retailer departments/categories, as well as open new potential retail partners
· Work closely with Category and Marketing teams to align on product assortment, and create constant communication internally on key retailer updates
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience in sales management, sales admin, marketing , brand management or related field
Experience & Language
· Fluency in English language
· Eight years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment, and managing marketing, sales, analysis or logistics related operations
· Proven track record of improving the efficiency of assigned processes or procedures.
