Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk jobs in Stockton, CA

A family-owned farming business in Lodi, CA is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience to process a high-volume of invoices each week. Pay Range: $24 - $30/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, processing a high volume of invoices weekly for two company entities
• Conduct department analysis for 30 different ranches, ensuring accurate application of costs
• Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Address vendor queries and maintain effective communication
• Update Accounts Payable reports, spreadsheets, and files
• Manage general ledger entries and purchase order processing
• Process all 1099 transactions
• Track company vehicles and manage insurance-related issues

• A minimum of 2 years full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• High School Diploma required
• Proficiency in Word and Excel at an entry-level
• Familiarity with Famous software (industry-specific) is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with others in a team environment
• Must be able to work fully onsite
