Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our accounts payable department and ensure that all invoices, payments, and expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable team and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and approve vendor payments.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports for management.
- Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Work closely with the finance team to support overall department goals.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
