Reporting to the Sr Manager, Accounts Payable, the Manager, Accounts Payable will work within the Source to Pay (STP) team to initially assist in implementing new areas within the Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) Magenta Services group to develop continuous process improvements, procedure documentation, and reports to achieve industry best practices.
This position will manage and may be responsible for:
*Accounts Payable, including customer vendor relations, AP disbursement which handles all check & electronic disbursements, supplier and internal business partner inquiries,
1099 and tax related matters for SAP/ERP system.
*Developing, implementing and maintainig procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
*Selecting and hiring employees for the above mentioned.
*Training and evaluating employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
*Addressing performance issues and makig recommendations for personnel actions.
*Motivating and rewarding employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
