Job Summary:
Sky Lake Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team. As a family-owned construction company located in Nesbit, MS, we pride ourselves on building beautiful high-quality and affordable homes. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure all invoices are properly approved and coded

-Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely

-Maintain accurate records, including paper and electronic files

-Reconcile vendor statements

-Resolve discrepancies with vendors

-Maintain and reconcile budgets

-Prepare analysis and reports as requested

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-3 years of administrative or accounting experience

-High School diploma or equivalent required

-Business or Accounting degree a plus

-Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

-Detail-oriented and organized

-Starting at $45,000 - based on experience
