Accounts Payable Analyst jobs in Midland, TX

Overview: Drilling company seeking Accounts Payable Clerk. We serve the oilfield, commercial & renewable energy industries, providing full-service drilling.

Desired Qualifications: The Accounts Payable Clerk candidate must have 1 years of relevant accounting & administrative experience. Experience in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Enter & process all vendor bills into Bill.com.
• Track & process any other payments made by the company.
• Issue & track all purchase orders.
• Office reception duties.
• Ability to communicate regularly & effectively with vendors and ensuring timely payments.
• Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Ability to operate and manage time independently.
• Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
