Summary:

Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the accounts payable process to include payments to vendors, monthly payments to customers, expense reimbursements to employees, and other expense related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis of inventory purchases and discount data.
• Provides guidance to ensure appropriate payments are made and discounts are properly taken.
• Researches invoice and account discrepancies, verifies questionable items and ensures appropriate adjustments by following documented procedures.
• Assists in writing and maintaining accounts payable procedures and approval limits.
• Follows documented procedures in processing payments and purchases.
• Leads effort for process improvements related to invoice processing.
• Prepares monthly reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience
• Education Required: University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
