Duties:

• Ability to follow processes and procedures for daily preparation of payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Maintain and verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Ability to pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable files and records and reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for 8 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs. throughout the day as well as lean over and file items as low as 18” from the ground more than 25 time per day
• Recognize and report potential hazards to team members and supervisor
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

• Building materials or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Ability to learn the software system used for AP functions in Fenevision
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Mas OS operating systems preferred
• Proficient in accounting software programs
• Knowledge of Fenevision software preferred
• Ensuring all job duties are entered correctly for various builders with high attention to detail
• Responsible for manual research and document execution of any issues
• Act as a resource to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily accounts payable goals

Pay: $20 DOE paid weekly, paid training and NO WEEKENDS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
