Responsibilities

Use experience with GAAP and IFRS to provide technical accounting and reporting. Use experience with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Financial Reporting(ICOFR), PCAOB standards and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulations to provide accounting audit review. Use experience with Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) to calculate the Net Present Value (NPV) of any project that the company is going to undertake. Use experience with Payroll compliance to accurately process payroll for the company. Use experience with Sales tax filings and regulations to manage tax filings for various states. Use experience with developing accounting MIS for multiple entity corporate group to view the financials of the individual companies and the consolidated group. Travel to various unanticipated client’s worksites. May work remotely from home.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent*, or related field;

* 2 years of experience as Chartered Accountant, or related job title;

* Experience with GAAP and IFRS;

* Experience with GAAS, ICOFR, PCAOB and SOX;

* Experience with WACC;

* Experience with Payroll compliance;

* Experience with Sales tax filings and regulations;

* Experience with developing accounting MIS for multiple entity corporate group;

* Travel to various unanticipated client’s worksites; and

* May work remotely from home.

* Employer will accept: 3 years or 4 years degree, a combination of degrees, or degree evaluation as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree by a foreign degree evaluation service or 4 years accountant experience. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education and experience.
