Implements accounting policies and procedures that adhere to governmental, financial, and tax regulations and comply with GAAP and IFRS standards. Being an Accounting Director monitors and evaluates accounting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Oversees overall monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting. JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for directing all aspects of the Finance department at Cascade Medical Center (CMC). Directs CMC financial planning and maintenance of accounting, financial and statistical records. Develops and implements all Finance policies to ensure smooth and continuous operation of entire Finance system. Incumbent reports to the CEO and works collaboratively as part of the CMC leadership team to achieve the hospital's mission and vision.
