Job Description

Accounting Clerk opportunity in North Fresno. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have recently received their accounting degree or candidates with 1 years of accounting clerk experience.

Duties include:

• Provide accounting and clerical support.
• Assist with the data entry of accounts receivable and payable invoices.
• Sales tax calculations and adjustments
• Inventory adjustments
• Assist with reconciling credit card transactions.
• Processing of bank deposits, retrieval and processing of incoming mail.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Computer skills: Candidates need to be comfortable using bookkeeping software and computer spreadsheets.

Detail-oriented: Candidates need to pay attention to detail to avoid errors and recognize errors that have been made.

Math skills: The accounting clerk will work with numbers on a daily basis and needs to be comfortable with a range of mathematical operations.

Experience: 1 years of experience in a similar role, or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

This is a temp to hire role with a salary range of $22-23 per hour. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
