Job Description

Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with an established manufacturing company and is actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team of 10.

Must haves :

• 6 months of accounting experience (AP / AR).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous job stability.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables / v-lookups).
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Day to day :

• Support uploading non-automatic sales entries and payments to the company's enterprise system;
• Reconcile revenue bank accounts and Cash / Check clearing accounts;
• Outstanding commission checks research and clearing in the Accounting system;
• Keep manager updated on outstanding issues for month-end reporting;
• Performs other related duties as needed and assigned by the department.
