REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, and bookkeeping, plus one or more years’ experience in an administrative/ clerical position; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Skills: Intermediate level Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional documents, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, vendors, and Management. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
