Overview

Coordinate with various departments on incoming groups and ensure accuracy of group billing in accordance with HEI standards.

This is an entry level accounting position.

$18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Post payments from clients, reconcile and bill all Accounts Receivable
• Follow up with outstanding aged balances & submit monthly AR report
• Address group billing accuracy and guest inquiries
• Maintain group deposits and credit applications
• Weekly billing for non group accounts with approved credit
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts payable vendor statements
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred but not required
• Accounting and Hotel experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Efficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use 10 key calculator
• Effective communication skills
