Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

The H H Group is hiring! We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting Clerk where you will work in Aftermarket Product Administration on our Central Support Accounting Team. Here at H H you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the latest technology to automate tedious tasks allowing for more time to solve complex problems. (Pay starting at $20 per hour)

• Monitor aftermarket product enrollment.
• Process aftermarket product cancellations.  
• Reconcile finance and aftermarket product schedules to bank statements.

This role provides opportunities to:

• Perform technical accounting duties such as recording, processing, and reporting of transactions, inventory, revenue, and other functions.
• Review, research, reconcile, and assure the accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and collaborate with team members.
• Put your accounting degree to work. Recent grads and near-grads welcome.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on integrity, time management, accountability, efficiency, teamwork, and thoroughness.
• The ability to analyze and perform complex calculations.
• Strong Customer Experience and people skills.
• Be knowledgeable of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
• Be detailed oriented, organized, and initiative-taking.
• The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, in person, over the phone, and email.
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
