*As we continue to enjoy a period of significant and sustained business activity, our accounting department has an opening for an experienced, proactive and vendor driven Account Payable Accountant, to take up a cross-functional support role, assisting the Accounts Payable (AP) processing as part of a busy Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities / Functions*

·Recording all the AP invoices

·Process the vendor expenses and monitor / clear the vendor payments, especially freight expenses

· Online store dispute charge back

·Petty cash report

·All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills / Attributes Required

·Minimum of one years’ experience in AP.

Chinese / Mandarin speaking is required.

·Experience with Oracle or another integrated accounting system

·Must be detail oriented

·Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

·Effective and professional communicator

·Ability to work independently and in a team

·Ability to build effective working relationships within the department and across multiple business functions

·Sound judgment skills when under pressure and within a fast paced environment

·Good analytical, organizational, problem solving and listening skills

·Ability to challenge existing processes and procedures within and outside of AR to improve overall efficiency

·Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, initiative, responsiveness, and quality focused

Education

Associates Degree in Accounting or related field and at least three years’ experience in processing AR in an integrated accounting system environment OR significant work experience in these functions.
