Job Responsibilities:

1. Assign accounts receivable collection priorities to ensure timely collections and excellent customer service. This position serves as back-up to the Accounts Receivable specialist for customer calls, sales tax returns, etc.
2. Ensure accuracy of cost accounting system to include processing of standard cost changes.
3. Perform month-end closing tasks including review of international subsidiaries to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
4. Prepare draft of financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis.
5. Process and track capital expenditure projects and fixed asset inventory.
6. Prepare various journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Assist internal audits to ensure compliance with company policy.
8. Monitor compliance with sales tax laws of various jurisdictions.

3. Willingness to accept additional duties as needed.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred).

Full time with excellent benefits, including profit sharing bonus. $60,000 to $85,000/yr depending on experience and education. Part time also available.
