The Accountant is responsible for recording, analyzing and reconciling accounting transactions for cash receipts, deposits, accounts payable, inventory records and sales tax returns.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with previous experience with these accounting tasks and the ability to identify research and correct potential errors.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily deposit transactions
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records
• Bank reconciliations
• Accounts payable posting and reconciliations
• Processing inventory invoices and reconciliations
• Reconcile inventory, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Compile sales and use return data and file the tax returns

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience

$40K-$60K---Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience
