    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Believes and uses the concepts from Extreme Ownership (Authors: Jocko Willink and Leif Babin):
      • “All responsibility for success and failures rests with you. You must own everything in your world. There is no one else to blame. You must acknowledge mistakes and admit failures, take ownership of them and develop a plan to win.”
      • Do not wait for others to solve your problems.
      • “If you do not ask questions so you can understand and believe in the mission, you are failing and you are failing your team. So, if you ever get a task or guidance or a mission that you don't believe in, don't just sit back and accept it. Ask questions until you understand why… and you can pass that information to other team members with confidence, so they can get out and execute the mission.”
      • Create an environment where all team members can ask questions, share frustrations, concerns, and issues, and provide feedback.
      • When proposing a decision, solution, and/or concern, start with why, and share your thought-process (experience) to achieve buy-in.
      • Priorities can rapidly shift and change.
      • “Trust is not blindly given. It must be built over time.”
    • Enjoys helping and supporting others and believes in brainstorming and collaborating with others.
    • Focuses on and understands the importance of details and ensures accuracy in your work.
    • Manages their time wisely (be punctual and observe deadlines) and understands the importance of having an effective and efficient balance between details, accuracy, deadlines, and results.
    • Has a strong and excellent work ethic (honesty, integrity, humility, respect, and accountability).
    • Will always do their best and cares about the quality of their work, even when no one is looking.
    • Has the passion and intrinsic motivation to learn, change (reflect), and grow.
    • Is disciplined, dedicated, and determined to produce desirable results (going beyond the barest minimum and expectations).
