Account Management Manager manages and develops sales plans for a team of account managers. Focuses on the long-term planning and selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Being an Account Management Manager ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals. May be personally responsible for managing major accounts. Additionally, Account Management Manager may set sales targets or quotas. J&M Management is HIRING! We are currently hiring for Account Managers for Homeowners Associations within North King and Snohomish Counties. This position is 85% work from home, and will also include evening Board Meetings as necessary (can be up to 8 in a given month; 1-3 hours in length) with mileage reimbursement. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Applicant must have excellent time management skills and be able to work without a lot of oversight once the training period has been completed. We are looking for positions requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week and can offer as much as 40 for the right candidate. Must have a home computer and an efficient printer (with envelope printing capability) as most documents will be printed and mailed from your home office. Benefits are not offered at this time. Perfect position for a second income with the flexibility to still be involved in outside interests and/or family obligations. Position starts at $20.50 per hour with reviews annually (exceptions may be made for previous HOA experience).
