Account Management Manager manages and develops sales plans for a team of account managers. Focuses on the long-term planning and selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Being an Account Management Manager ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals. May be personally responsible for managing major accounts. Additionally, Account Management Manager may set sales targets or quotas. Job Description:
As a Customer success manager at Account Prism, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Represent Account Prism to our clients in the US
2. Coordinate client deliverables with our offshore team in India who work per EST.
3. Meet our existing clients / prospective clients/ leads either face to face meeting or over zoom
4. Networking with professionals in the industry and actively participating in relevant events to expand our professional connections.
5. Work with our marketing manager in setting up prospective client meetings and closing the deals.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a seasoned Accountant (Preferably a CPA) living around New York City, who can work on a full time / hourly basis and who will be our front face to our clients. Below are the additional requirements:
a. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting roles.
b. CPA certification is a plus
c. Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
d. Proven ability to cultivate professional relationships.
e. Excellent at client communication and customer service
