Account Management Manager manages and develops sales plans for a team of account managers. Job description
Local property management company is seeking a Rental Account Executive to manage all aspects of a residential rental portfolio. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-answer multi-line phone system
-field inquiry calls/emails from potential owners
-market properties online & show properties to potential tenants
-assist potential tenants with application process
-screen tenant applications & notify tenants of status
-prepare leases and other tenant forms
-follow-up with tenants for non-payment and other lease violations
-coordinate maintenance & repairs with owners/tenants
-perform bi-annual inspections on all properties
The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized, have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable dealing with the public and answering phones as this is a front of office position in a high-traffic office. This person should have an interest in the property management and/or real estate industry as they will need to get licensed to perform most of the job duties. A minimum of a high school diploma is required to obtain the property management license. Candidate must also have a clean driving record as this position will require some local driving to showings, inspections and other duties.
