Manages and oversees the account managers within the brokerage at FST Logistics. Has the full ability to use the knowledge and understanding of a client’s business to provide solutions to optimize and grow the accounts. Focuses on building customer relationships at multiple levels of larger organizations with self-sufficiency and a broad knowledge of truck markets/pricing and rate negotiation with customers. Responsible for acting as the liaison between the client, carrier, shipper, and receiver; and developing solid relationships with all parties by providing world class customer service; and ensuring that any issues which might arise are quickly and professionally resolved among all parties. Managing the movement of client's goods from on time pickup through transport and delivery are critical to the success of the position. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.
