What you will do :
Manage a portfolio of customers to reduce overdue receivables.
Engage with customers to ensure timely payments.
Uphold and promote the company's collection standards, guiding customers on maintaining up-to-date accounts.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to monitor and address shifts in customer behavior.
Actively perform and follow up the compliance of defined internal controls.
Co-operate closely with Credit Risk Management organization on customer behavior to help UPM make educated risk choices.
Handle credit card and check payment processing.
Who you are :
Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in accounting operations, customer service, collections, or sales.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish being a valuable addition.
A solution-driven individual with a knack for problem-solving and managing complex situations.
Exhibit a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the business landscape.
