Account Management Director manages and develops sales plans for a team of account managers. Focuses on the long-term planning and selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Being an Account Management Director ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals. May be personally responsible for managing major accounts. Additionally, Account Management Director sets sales targets and quotas and makes recommendations for product improvements or expanding sales channels. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Account Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Account Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     As the Senior Director of Account Management, you are pivotal in nurturing the relationship with one of Spreetail's largest strategic accounts. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a significant emphasis on operational expertise and a deep understanding of e-commerce and Chinese business culture. You will work closely with our strategic account, ensuring that we exceed their expectations through meticulous attention to operational details and strategic insights.

    How you will achieve success:
    • Strategic Account Support: Provide dedicated support to one of our largest strategic accounts, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth of the e-commerce fulfillment business. Your bilingual skills in Mandarin and English are crucial for seamless communication and understanding the nuances of our brand's needs and expectations. 
    • Operational Expertise: Dive deep into the operational aspects of the account, identifying areas for improvement in delivery speed and accuracy, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Use your extensive knowledge in e-commerce operations to resolve problems and optimize processes. Insight and Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to scrutinize data, understand trends, and forecast potential challenges and opportunities. Your ability to dissect numbers and propose actionable solutions will be key in driving the account's success. 
    • Weekly Business Review: Lead a weekly business review with the brand, covering key performance indicators and operational issues. Your ability to present data and offer solutions in a clear and concise manner, as well as solicit feedback, is critical to build collaboration and trust. 
    • Cultural Understanding and Relationship Building: Leverage your understanding of Chinese business culture to foster strong relationships with the brand. Your bilingual ability enables effective communication, ensuring that strategic plans are aligned and expectations are met. 
    • Strategic Planning: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the brand's long-term goals. Your work will directly contribute to the brand's growth, operational efficiency, and market positioning. Brand Experience: You create a positive, engaging, and memorable brand experience for every customer, 24/7. You go over and beyond to solve problems, innovate, and collaborate for the brand's value. 


    What experiences will help you in this role:
    • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and translation skills and an advanced degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. 
    • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with an understanding of Chinese business culture and a proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment. 
    • At least 6 years of experience in a role with significant supply chain operations responsibilities, preferably in e-commerce, 3PL, or a related field. 
    • Experience with large, strategic account management, especially in a cross-cultural context. 
    • Background in logistics, supply chain management, or related operational areas.
