Account Executive - Home Care jobs in Colorado

We are accepting applications for a qualified Full Time Administrative Assistant able for work:

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (5:00 pm end time on alternating Fridays)

Home Care Administrative - Admin - Assistant

• Manages medical records, filing (e-filing) and electronic/paper medical records.
• Electronically sends and tracks physician orders for timeliness.
• Faxes and or scans documents into client charts.
• Initiates and updates the client data in the electronic medical record.
• Answers phones/takes messages; greets customers, clients, and employees as they come in.
• Manages office supplies. Assists with Insurance verification, assists with billing activity and performs additional administrative duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma, as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required.
• Must be familiar with Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office programs for the PC.
• At Least One Year Previous Office Experience Required.
• Clerical experience in health information management/medical records or a medical/dental office, and basic knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.
