    Description 

    We are looking for our next master communicator, relationship builder and strategic thinker to be the ‘face of the agency’ for your roster of automotive, home services or retail clients.  As an Account Executive at Cuneo Advertising, you’re there to support your clients in variety of ways by being their first call (or text or e-mail or Snap!) when they need help with their advertising and marketing plans. From the nitty gritty of details to larger strategic thinking and brand building campaigns, the AE needs to have a handle on all aspects of our clients’ plans, budgets and messaging. We ask the right questions, we work to understand objectives, and we deliver great work on behalf of our clients. Team members know how to manage a variety of personalities and tasks to ensure things get done internally across departments, as well as with our vendor and client partners. Remote applications will be accepted, but priority will be given to local candidates. Local employees work in a hybrid environment in our Bloomington office. 


    Responsibilities (include, but not limited to…) 

    • Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications including calls, texts and emails.  
    • Facilitates all assigned clients’ meetings including but not limited to marketing and ROI meetings by preparing agendas and sending follow-up notes.
    • Prepares proposals, client estimates, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans, as well as media and public relations plans.
    • Review, revision and presentation of client budgets (management of budget flow chart), calendars, campaigns and reports.
    • Present, selling and defending all agency work/proposals to clients.
    • Executes of approved client advertising programs, campaigns and events.
    • Facilitates creative communication process and works closely with the creative team to execute.
    • Proofs and presents all client marketing & advertising deliverables, including, but not limited to, digital assets, scripts, and other creative materials.
    • Provides agency sign-off on client marketing programs and advertising campaigns/revisions.
    • Acquires client sign-off on client marketing programs and advertising campaigns, including revisions.
    • Collaborate with co-op & compliance team to review, approve and ensure accuracy of all client co-op marketing including ensuring all ads receive pre-approval and monthly submissions receive fund approval.
    • Identifies and develops opportunities for client revenue enhancement.
    • Others as may be defined by supervisor.

    Requirements 

    • BA or equivalent in work experience.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an agency Account Services’ position or equivalent experience in a marketing setting.
    • Automotive-industry experience a major plus.
    • Hands-on experience with both traditional and digital marketing.
    • Clear and concise communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside vendors/partners.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications preferred.
