This full-time position will support one or more of our B2B, higher ed, healthcare, franchise, or financial services verticals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead the day-to-day responsibilities on multiple accounts.
    • Develop positive and productive working relationships to establish trust among clients and associates.
    • Work closely with project managers using the agency’s project management tools to juggle, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and deadlines, both internal and external. Consistently demonstrate project leadership by being prepared, thorough, organized and accurate.
    • Be attentive and provide polished, high-quality work product to leaders, clients, and associates.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business. Stay on top of their key issues, industry trends and the competitive environment through industry research, listening and understanding.
    • Assist with the creation of proposals for existing and new clients.
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify areas of improvement to meet goals.
    • Forecast, manage, track and utilize spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting systems to input key data and prepare reports on account status.
    • Proactively navigate unforeseen issues and bring new ideas and solutions to the forefront. Troubleshoot and assist with any challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed.
    • Coordinate billing and invoicing with Authentico leaders for all scope of work contracts.
    • Post and maintain various social media accounts with brand voice in mind—with Authentico, Tico, and new clients—if needed.
    • Additional responsibilities may evolve as account and client needs change.


    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of account management experience, in an advertising agency.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong time and project management abilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Reliable, trustworthy and team focused.
    • Exhibit poised and professional behavior.
    • Critical and strategic thinker; able to think on your feet and react quickly and effectively.
    • Ability to identify and solve problems and independently cultivate a point of view.
    • Passion about business – always thinking of ways to improve/grow current clients.
