    As a Senior Account Executive at Spiro & Associates Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, and Brand Architecture, you will play a crucial role in the agency's day-to-day operations, overseeing client projects, developing marketing plans, and representing the agency in the community. In addition to your responsibilities as an AE, you will also act as the "fulfillment" of the Chief Creative Officer's "promise," serving as their right arm and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. As a Senior Account Executive, you will also ensure smooth job traffic and pay close attention to deadlines.

    You must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You must also have an eye for detail, as you will oversee multiple projects and ensure that all work is error-free before it leaves the agency. Additionally, you must have nerves of steel and be able to handle pressure well, as the advertising industry can be fast-paced and demanding.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meeting with clients, writing briefs, formulating advertising and marketing strategies, presenting creative work to clients, and assisting the Chief Creative Officer with day-to-day operations of the agency and the flow of work through to completion. You will also be responsible occasionally for leading brainstorming sessions, handling end-of-the-month invoicing, and providing leadership and support to other departments within the agency.

    As a Senior Account Executive at Spiro & Associates, you will be a key member of the agency's team, working closely with the Chief Creative Officer to ensure that client needs are met and that the agency's work is of the highest quality. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this role.

    Senior Account Executive Skills & Competencies

    • Communication Skills: You'll need the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing to clients, vendors, and other staff members. Work-from-home staff do a great deal of our work.
    • Organizational Skills: You'll be charged with overseeing several projects, and different aspects of projects, so being highly organized is a must. We employ an agency management software called FunctionPoint, which will assist you in reaching this goal.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of

    people are important.

    • Eye for Detail: You’ll be one of the final sets of eyes placed on every piece of work before it leaves the Agency, so proofreading and editing skills are vital.
    • Professional Appearance and Persona: You're the face of your agency in many respects, so dress for success and always be prepared to meet face-to-face with clients and members of the professional community.
    • Nerves of steel: You must be able to handle pressure well.

    TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following are some of the primary responsibilities of a typical month as an AE at Spiro & Associates:

    • Meet with clients and present findings to the agency.
    • Discuss projects with clients.
    • Write briefs.
    • Formulate advertising.
    • Formulate marketing strategies
    • Define advertising budgets.
    • Present creative work to clients. We typically email the clients a PDF of the work for approval unless there are regularly scheduled meetings. In this case, AE will bring all work to the client to review in person. The client will sign off, and work will move on to production.
    • Present business pitches to clients. 99% of the time, the Chief Creative Officer will be presenting.
    • Day-to-day administrative duties.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions.
    • End of the month invoicing.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
