SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As a Senior Account Executive at Spiro & Associates Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, and Brand Architecture, you will play a crucial role in the agency's day-to-day operations, overseeing client projects, developing marketing plans, and representing the agency in the community. In addition to your responsibilities as an AE, you will also act as the "fulfillment" of the Chief Creative Officer's "promise," serving as their right arm and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. As a Senior Account Executive, you will also ensure smooth job traffic and pay close attention to deadlines.
You must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You must also have an eye for detail, as you will oversee multiple projects and ensure that all work is error-free before it leaves the agency. Additionally, you must have nerves of steel and be able to handle pressure well, as the advertising industry can be fast-paced and demanding.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meeting with clients, writing briefs, formulating advertising and marketing strategies, presenting creative work to clients, and assisting the Chief Creative Officer with day-to-day operations of the agency and the flow of work through to completion. You will also be responsible occasionally for leading brainstorming sessions, handling end-of-the-month invoicing, and providing leadership and support to other departments within the agency.
