ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for overall strategy of the functionality of bank's ATM network. Manages network relationships and oversees transaction routing. Being an ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for developing deposit growth opportunities for the bank. Handles complex customer transactions. Additionally, ATM Manager (Functionality) ensures that the bank policies meet federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. Keeps abreast of new and upgraded functionalities, determines business needs, and manages the upgrade projects through implementation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The ATM Manager (Functionality) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. About this position: LMCU is looking for an ATM Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for implementation and support for many technical aspects of our branch and remote banking locations. This includes but is not limited to ATM Management, Cash Dispensers/Recyclers, Physical Security products (VAT, Vaults), and Electronic Security (Video Surveillance, Alarms). What you’ll do: Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of ATM hardware related issues including component level replacement, cleaning, adjustment, and preventative maintenance. Possess a general understanding of ATM software, how it works, and how to use it in troubleshooting hardware issues. Possess basic knowledge of supporting ATM applications, what they do, and who to contact in the event a repair is needed. Perform basic analysis of branch cash machine/recycler errors and escalate to the supporting vendor as needed. Maintain part inventory based on serviceable equipment and product knowledge. Manage incoming tickets and identify priority, communicate with incident requestors, and update/close comments as needed. Experience working directly with ATM technology is highly preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently, maintaining effective communication with management and team members. Be available for on-call after hours and on weekends. Sense of urgency, and exceptional organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to use basic hand tools while working with ATM machines.
