ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for overall strategy of the functionality of bank's ATM network. Manages network relationships and oversees transaction routing. Being an ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for developing deposit growth opportunities for the bank. Handles complex customer transactions. Additionally, ATM Manager (Functionality) ensures that the bank policies meet federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. Keeps abreast of new and upgraded functionalities, determines business needs, and manages the upgrade projects through implementation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The ATM Manager (Functionality) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     What Will You Be Doing?

    • Keep a smile on our customer’s faces with first-rate customer service.
    • Put in, change around, fix, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
    • Check in with our customers and our devices to ensure they are running smoothly, see if there are any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.


    Skills & Qualifications for the Job:

    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Maintain a Gaming License (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location. Upon hire, Everi internal team members will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
    • Help obtained and paid for and/or renewed by Everi upon being selected for the position).
    • Ability to take occasional on-call shifts and may need to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
    • Ambitious and motivated individual who loves to learn and is comfortable working independently (following the training period), while being part of a cohesive team.
    • Basic understanding of Excel for data entry and paperwork completion.
    Nice-to-have's:
    • Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

    The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current rate is $29/per hour and is overtime eligible.
