ATM Manager (Functionality) jobs in Owensboro, KY

ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for overall strategy of the functionality of bank's ATM network. Manages network relationships and oversees transaction routing. Being an ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for developing deposit growth opportunities for the bank. Handles complex customer transactions. Additionally, ATM Manager (Functionality) ensures that the bank policies meet federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. Keeps abreast of new and upgraded functionalities, determines business needs, and manages the upgrade projects through implementation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The ATM Manager (Functionality) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     • Must be able to perform other necessary physical actions of TRU responsibilities.
    • Accurately redeems guest’s gaming chips
    • Redeem guest’s slot payout tickets
    • Cash guest’s personal checks, electronic checks, credit card advances and markers
    • Payouts for guest prizes verifying all appropriate identification.
    • Pay/reimburse jackpots for Slot Hosts
    • Redeem chips and make change for Food & Beverage staff and any other Team Member transactions as deemed appropriate by Casino Management.
    • Follows the Company Service Standards model at all times
    • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act for large cash transactions and recording/reporting requirements
    • May redeem guest’s Sports Book Tickets while adhering to all company, gaming and Title 31 regulatory requirements.
    • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and flexible schedules when needed for department coverage, trainings and meetings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
